Before each burning of the candle, shorten the wick to about 0.5 cm - it will reduce smoking. Do not burn the candle for more than 2-3 hours, otherwise the wick may tilt and the candle will burn unevenly. This is also roughly how long the first burning of the candle should take to prevent a nasty tunnel from forming on the surface of the candle. Melting the top layer completely guarantees that the candle burns evenly to the end.

Do not put a candle on a flammable surface. Do not leave a candle unattended in a place accessible to pets or children. Do not move or close the candle until it is frozen. The candle jar may get hot and may burn you. The candle is not suitable for massage or for internal consumption.
