Shipping policy
When can I expect my order?
All shipments are processed by a reputable courier company. After the payment is posted, the delivery is carried out within 1 to 14 days. Depending on where you live, your order should reach you within 3 – 10 working days. The orders are sent out on weekdays only. Orders placed on Friday after 1.00 pm, Saturday, Sunday or a holiday will be shipped on the first working day thereafter.
We aim to ship orders the same day provided that they were placed before 7.00 am. Orders placed after this will be processed and shipped the next business day. Should we not be able to dispatch the products on the same or next day, we will notify you and let you know the estimated delivery date.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship internationally.
Is it possible to pick up the order at a selected MOONHOLI showroom?
No, we do not offer stationary purchases or personal pick up.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No, unfortunately at this point we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
What currencies can I pay in?
We accept payments in the following currencies: PLN, EUR.
What are your accepted payment methods?
We provide our customers with the following payment methods:
- Prepayment by bank transfer or credit card payment via the electronic payment system Przelewy24 or PayPal;
