What about returns?

We love our products so we want you to enjoy them too, however if for whatever reason you are not happy with your order, you can exchange or return it within 14 days from the date of purchase.

DON'T RETURN! - EXCHANGE!

When you exchange, you receive free delivery for your new items.

In order to exchange (or return) please contact us by e-mail (hello@moonholi.com) and send the goods back to us by COURIER only (we do not support returns via post office or any other way or sent to any other address) within 14 days from purchase at:

for a delivery of your new exchanged items or a full refund within 14 days from receipt (subject to the product being unused and clean, with original packaging undamaged). We process refunds within 14 working days from when we receive your return. Unfortunately we are not able to pay for the return delivery so we request the customer pays for the return delivery. We aim to treat our customers with love and respect so be assured that even the returns & refund process at Moonholi will be a pleasant experience (although we do hope you will love our products and never need to return them!
